Illawarra Sports High School will be holding the second Year 6-10 Talented Sport Program Trial on Thursday August 24th 2023.
The Trials are open to current Year 6 students seeking selection into the Talented Sports and Development Program at ISHS in year 7 2024 and students in years 7 to 9 currently in high school seeking enrolment in 2024. Students who previously trialed are eligible to trial again.
Conditions of Trialing -
Students MUST be registered in a community club or representative team in the sport they are trialing for.
Students do not have to wear school uniform, they can wear whatever training kit they feel comfortable in.
Water bottle is recommended.
Thursday August 24th
Basketball, Cricket, Netball, Hockey, League & Union (boys & girls), Surfing and Touch & Tag (girls only).

12.30pm to 2.30pm
Sydney FC Football (Soccer)
Ian McLennan Park
12.30pm to 2.30pm
Students need – comfortable training kit, shin pads, playing boots AND normal runners, water bottle, snack, any medication required, e.g. puffer.
Parents are not permitted to stay on school grounds to spectate, however can stay in the grandstand at Ian McLennan Park.

If wet weather - an alternate venue or date will be emailed to parents.
Final information and online application form will be emailed to parents the week prior to the trials.
