The Category System
At Illawarra Sports High School we use a levels or category system to support student behaviour.
All students start on Bronze Category and can move through the system depending on their behaviour at school. Students who do well and receive merits for their efforts will progress through categories silver, gold and bronze at the top of the flow chart. Students experiencing difficulty with their behaviour will move through categories green, yellow and red. Category Grey is designed to support students returning from suspension.
